My favorite moments from wedding days is definitely when the groom sees his bride for the very first time walking down the aisle. There is something so special about that moment, even if you had done a first look prior in the day. The down the aisle moment is something that you will remember the most from your wedding day. You won't remember the little things that went wrong that day, you will just remember the moment between you and your partner. That is the one thing I remember the most from my wedding day, and I'm so glad because it is such a precious memory engraved in my memory.
Vezelay Mountain Venue is tucked away in Dahlonega, Georgia and is surrounded by mountains, and a few cows that made an appearance this day. I absolutely adore this venue, I photographed there for the first time back in 2021 (I seriously can't believe it's been that long) and I just couldn't wait to go back. We got lucky this day and didn't get any rain when it was threatening to all day, and we got a nice overcast day which makes for the best photos!
It was such a special moment for me to capture Alexis and Chris' wedding day. Alexis was referred to me from a friend of mine from church so it was such an honor to be recommended by a friend and to gain a new friend out of it!
